Just look at this adorable boy! He's one of the rare orange tabbies that so many people love! Born 2014, Pumpkin is active, playful, sweet, and easily handled. He's been lovingly raised, but needs a new environment where he can just be the only pet. We don't know how he is with children, but he would probably be fine. If you bend over he will jump on your back and rub against your head and purr! Pumpkin loves his toys and his cat trees, too. He's a bit prone to conjunctivitis and requires eye ointment when it happens, but that is easily done. Other than that, Pumpkin is currently healthy, and up to date on his vaccines. He's also had his yearly dental cleaning. Can someone please give this wonderful boy a fresh start? See more pix at www.lifelineforpets.org. Contact 626-433-3245 or jofd66@yahoo.com. URGENT! GUIDO: Guido is a big, beautiful gray tabby with large yellow green eyes! His coat has a rich silver color with dark gray stripes. Guido was rescued as a small kitten, just 4 weeks old. He was born to a homeless mama in someone's backyard. Three kittens were able to be rescued and the mama was TNR'd. Guido was fostered to with lots of love which is probably why he is such a loving little companion. He is a total lap cat! He absolutely loves the affection of people and gets to rolling around when he's being petted. He is such a playful Kitty that enjoys all cat toys and to gaze through the window at the trees and birds. But his favorite thing above all is to share all these things with his best friend Salem. Even though they are the same age they are from different litters. When they were put together they took to each other and bonded immediately. They have been through thick and thin together and for that reason it is important they remain together and therefore must be adopted as a pair. In that situation everyone wins because they are such a joy to watch as they groom each other, nap together, play, look through windows, and even take turns lying on your lap! They are the perfect Duo and would make any family extremely happy!
SALEM: Salem is a black and white tuxedo with the prettiest light green eyes! He has a silky soft coat and he just melts when you pet him. He is a confident fellow and doesn't mind getting comfortable with guests. This gentle guy absolutely loves people and all affection and companionship from humans. If there has ever been a lap cat, this chill dude is it! He also loves to play, climb his cat tree, look through the window at the wildlife, and hang with his brother and best friend, Guido. Salem was born in a backyard to a homeless, feral mama. Mama was TNRd and his other siblings were adopted. He was left all alone until we put him with another kitty that was left alone. Salem and Guido were an instant connection and immediately bonded as if they'd known each other their whole lives. These two sweeties even take turns laying on your lap! They complete each other and are truly the perfect cats for any loving family!

Jewel is a beautiful, short haired tuxedo sweetie pie with the cutest little black nose and gorgeous green eyes! Jewel was a homeless mama with babies when a kind neighbor took her and her kittens into safety. Her babies were all adopoted but Jewel was left behind. Understandably, she can be a little on the shy side, and take awhile to trust people, but now she welcomes affection! She is loyal and so worth the patience that you invest in her. One of her favorite things to do is stand up, stretch and greet you when you get home. She is playful and likes to run around and play with her toys. She has a great appetite and isn't picky about food. This pretty and petite girl is ready to set down some roots in a loving home of her own. Jewel is spayed, up-to-date on her vaccines, microchipped, and combo tested negative for FIV and FELV. Born 1/2021.

Butters: Quiet kitten but extremely playful and fun. Loves to run around, climb and play with just about anything. Loves having his head rubbed and his chin too! And loves having his body scratched by his foster mom. Likes sitting by the open door and looking outside through the screen door. Enjoys watching the birds that come to the porch to eat. At the end of the day he likes cuddling up anywhere warm and having a good sleep.
Rajah: Full of energy and loves playing all day, but then has a good nap when he gets tired. Very independent and doesn't like being held for too long, but enjoys a good head rub. Soon as he's rubbed he begins to purr very loudly. After a full day of running around with his brother Butters and doing some bird watching through the screen door he will climb on the cat tree and sleep like the baby he is!

Beautiful Iris was named after the lovely iris flower, which takes its name from the Greek word for "rainbow," and the Greek goddess, Iris, was the link between heaven and earth. Today, "iris" means faith, hope, and wisdom. Our beautiful Iris has faith and hope that she will be welcomed into a loving home, especially since she spent most of her kittenhood as a terrified but non-aggressive stray. That's why she became so skittish. We would love an experienced foster to help her learn to trust and feel the bliss of being petted. Is yours that special home? Iris will need a calm, stable environment with probably no young children or dogs. However, another somewhat older cat who is mellow yet playful who could take her under his/her wing and be a good model, showing that life with humans is a great thing, would be helpful. Purr-haps Iris will bring you the gift of faith and hope, and a little wisdom, too!

Just can't resist the comparison with Wonder Woman because the meaning of Maude's name reminds us of her--strong and mighty! It fits her, because she'll need that strength to fight her shyness. You see, she is terribly afraid and needs to overcome her fear. It takes strength to run from people and keep herself hidden. Maude just needs someone to show her how to use her strength to find the powers of courage and trust. We feel that once she gets a taste of the blissful feeling of being petted and loved on, she'll have a breakthrough. It could take a long time for that to happen, but if one is patient and has a calm and stable home with no children or dogs, please consider fostering her.
