Meet the Fabulous Feline Family: Mama Cat and Kiwi!
This wonderful cat family has faced a tough time after their owner sadly passed away. Their owner’s loyal friend, along with two dedicated foster caregivers, have been tirelessly searching for a forever home for them, but time is running out. Despite their efforts, this sweet family is still in need of a loving home. These beautiful girls are fully fixed, chipped, vaccinated, and current on all medical needs. They are especially chatty/active at night and sleep most of the day.
They even come with a special swag package to help them settle into their new home.
**Momma Cat**
Beautiful, elegant, but very shy, Momma Cat is the heart of this lovely family. She was taken in as a feral but has been totally indoors for over 5 years. With her luxurious orange coat, Momma Cat has been a steadfast presence for her daughter, Kiwi. Her foster mom says, "Momma likes to sit in the window sill. She is food motivated and likes treats and wet food." She deserves a loving home with someone who understands and is okay with the fact that although she will hide for a long time, needs a place where she can relax and enjoy the good life.
**Kiwi**
Kiwi, the only daughter, is very sweet, but very, very shy and needs to be with her momma. She has the sweetest little meow, but needs an owner who will give her time to come around. Until then, she will find a place to hide. She loves snuggling with Momma Cat and enjoys quiet moments of bonding. She also likes to play laser. Her beautiful coat and soft purrs make her an irresistible companion. Her foster mom says, "Kiwi is much shyer and less food motivated, but you can pet her and play with her more." Kiwi is looking for a home where she can stay with her beloved Momma Cat, continuing to receive the love and care they both deserve.
- *What They Need**
**Patience and Love**: These kitties are shy around strangers but once they trust you, they become friendly and affectionate. A quiet home with no children or dogs is best.
- **Experienced Adopter**: They will hide at first, for a month or more, so an experienced adopter who understands their need for a slow adjustment period is preferred.
**A Special Plea**
We know it’s a lot to ask, but do you have the heart, the time, and the space for this sweet, deserving little duo? If you can offer them a safe, loving, and permanent home, you will be rewarded with endless love and gratitude from these precious felines.
