Courtesy Post Adoption Procedures
NOTE: A Courtesy Post means the cat/s are not necessarily Lifeline cats, but the rescuers do follow our guidelines, adoption procedures, and adoption application, unless otherwise noted. The party rehoming the cat/s may have a different adoption fee and may or may not have microchipped. Lifeline for Pets is not the responsible party. The responsible party is actually the person trying to rehome the cat/s. Unless stated differently, it is understood that courtesy post cats have been spayed/neutered, tested for FELV/FIV, and vaccinated.
Keep scrolling down to do the application online, but If you prefer to print out the application and email it to us, click the download file. When you finish, you can either email it to [email protected], or to the rehomer's email.
