Courtesy Post Adoption Procedures
NOTE: A Courtesy Post means the cat/s are not necessarily Lifeline cats, but the rescuers do follow our guidelines, adoption procedures, and adoption application, unless otherwise noted. The party rehoming the cat/s may have a different adoption fee and may or may not have microchipped. Lifeline for Pets is not the responsible party. The responsible party is actually the person trying to rehome the cat/s. Unless stated differently, it is understood that courtesy post cats have been spayed/neutered, tested for FELV/FIV, and vaccinated.
If you prefer to print out the adoption application and send to us, click the download file. When you finish, you can either email it to [email protected], or to the rehomer's email.
